Residents encouraged to consider volunteering
Member for Gosford Ms Liesl Tesch has encourage residents to consider volunteering their time and skills to support local organisations.
"The best part about being a volunteer is you can choose to participate in any area that interests you," she said.
She said there were opportunities available outdoors helping our environment, cooking in community kitchens, helping with office admin, supporting our emergency responders, and connecting with those who need some extra support like children, youth, seniors, those living with a disability.
